Was your complaint rejected?

If your complaint was rejected, you can appeal to the independent appeals board. You must inform your municipality/borough if you want this to happen.

You must present new information about your situation. The Housing Bank will then review your case. If we still don’t want to change our decision, we will send the appeal to the independent appeals board.
