Grant for research and development
The Housing Bank gives priority to improve skills and knowledge in the housing and building markets through its grant for research and development (R&D).
The Norwegian State Housing Bank administers grant for research and development. The grant aims at developing further knowledge and information about housing issues connected to vulnerable social groups, and realisation of good housing policy in local governments in cooperation with central actors in the housing sector.
The grant is allocated to research and development projects as well as pilot projects and information activities. Priority is given to projects dealing with vulnerable households on the housing market, carried out by local governments and voluntary organisations.
