Ålesund kommune har fått tilgang til fem utleigebustader med gode kvalitetar gjennom tilvisningsavtale. Bustadene ligg i eit bygg med tre etasjar, flott plassering og utsikt over havet. Heile bygget har tolv leilegheiter med heis, og det er gangavstand til sentrum. Dette er det første tilvisingsprosjektet i Ålesund som har blitt finansiert av Husbanken.

Froland kommune hadde behov for flere kommunale utleieenheter til unge mennesker med funksjonsnedsettelser. For beboerne var det viktig med personalbasen i umiddelbar nærhet, og det å kunne søke bistand og trygghet innomhus.

I mai 2023 flytta seks unge med utviklingshemming inn i sine eigne leilegheiter i det nybygde Tyribo burettslag i Risør. Leilegheitene vart finansiert med startlån frå kommunen, og prosjektet vart realisert trass høge byggekostnader gjennom god prosjektstyring.

Verdal bu- og behandlingssenter er eit nytt sjukeheimstilbod med 132 plassar. Senteret har erstatta to eldre sjukeheimar som til saman hadde 89 plassar. Det er lagt stor vekt på å etablere eit kulturtilbod i bygget som opnar huset for heile bygda. Her kan alle som ønsker det besøke kafeen eller delta på kulturarrangement, konsertar, bokbad og meir.
